About the Warehouse Worker Role
As a warehouse worker, you will maintain and process the physical assets stored in our warehouse, ensuring excellent service for our consumers. Key responsibilities include loading and moving wheeled bins and boxed goods, processing incoming and outgoing orders, handling internal transfers, permanent withdrawals, destructions, and special projects.

Work Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming orders, scan locations using the Safekeeper system, and process carton barcodes.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in incoming or outgoing orders.
- Manifest, package, and prepare all orders for shipment.
- Accurately prepare all necessary documentation.
- Report any complex order issues to the manager.
- Inspect and maintain all equipment, including ladders, wedges, Safekeeper consoles, and Telxon scanners.
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a physical setting, warehouse, or related industry.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Capability to lift, load, and move boxes averaging 40 pounds.
- Ability to climb stairs, lift up to 70 pounds, and move items using tools.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to following and enforcing all security protocols.
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
